Parents or guardians of home-schooled students who plan to return to public education must complete and submit the Home School Returning to Public School form(a link to this form is below) for an appointment to meet with Veronica Collins, Chief Academic Officer.  Ms. Collins' office will request records/transcripts. 

Once the paperwork is received, Ms. Collins’ office will contact the parent or guardian to schedule this appointment. 

Students are not to enter school until after the meeting with Ms. Collins. She will make the decision on grade placement during the meeting and will notify the principal of the school.
