Muscogee County Schools District’s substitute/absence management platform is a windows-based software application that automates our employees’ absence reporting, substitute placement, and data analysis processes. Our platform offers MCSD employees secure web-based access to information about the substitute placement process through a secured website and can be accessed from any computer with Internet access. The automated system arranges substitutes for each absence and provides staff with immediate feedback about the status of jobs.

Administrators can add jobs with detailed preferences, review jobs, and run reports. Employees can report absences and review schedules. Substitutes can check to see what jobs are available. Employees can also use a Touch-tone telephone to access the same Substitute/Absence Management information. It manages the complete process by using voice prompting to guide the employee and substitute through each step in an orderly manner.

Substitute/Absence Management operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
