The Construction Department is responsible for all new builds, all new renovation projects, and all major repair projects throughout Muscogee County School District

Projects and Delivery Methods are as follows:
ITB ( Invitation To Bid: hard bid projects using Design/Bid/Build)
RFP (Request For Proposal: projects using Construction Manager as Constructor)

Bidding and Proposal Results can be determined by either searching School Board Meetings or by contacting Contracts Administrator, Sylvia Kather-Hucke; Katherhucke.Sylvia@muscogee.k12.ga.us
