Facility Rentals

Community organizations are invited to make facility usage and rental requests through our RUFF application process.

To complete RUFF application, click HERE. Once completed, please submit application along with all required documentation to Sumner.Satin.M@muscogee.k12.ga.us. All RUFF applications must be submitted a minimum of three weeks prior to event date to allow time for processing. Please note, the RUFF must be approved by the related site-school personnel and building principal, related system-wide director, and the Chief of Facilities and Operations.

Community Groups and Organizations may rent facilities in accordance with Board Policies provided, they do not interfere with school or district activities or operations.

All organizations are required to provide general liability insurance for bodily injury and property damage. Please be sure to include your insurance certificates with your application. Also, please be sure to list: Muscogee County School District, 2960 Macon Rd, Columbus, GA 31906 as the "additionally insured".

Security (off-duty Officer, Sheriff, or MCSD Police Department Officer) is required for all events with more than 50 participants and spectators. Use of MCSD PD can be made through MCSD PD. Payments for Security are to be made to MCSD PD prior to event date.

Payment Process:
Invoices are generated after final approval of the RUFF application and payments must be remitted upon invoice receipt prior the the event date- or venue rental request may be denied.

Cancellations:
Notices can be submitted via email to the following email address: Sumner.Satin.M@muscogee.k12.ga.us 
Requestors must clearly state their intent to cancel their reservation and submit in a timely manner as to allow time for all involved parties to be notified of the cancellation.
