You will need a valid ID, passport or military ID, and a $10 payment.
Once a completed request is submitted, we will respond within 3 business days.
Beginning July 1, 2016, there will be a minimal cost of $10 for a copy of your transcript, $25 for a duplicate diploma, and $25 for a copy of your student records/IEP records. We will accept a money order, cashier's check, or exact change as payment.
Yes, if you furnish us with the name and address of the college or educational institution, we will mail an official copy of your transcript.
