Records Management Services stores student records, yearbooks, and building history for the Muscogee County School District dating back to the 1800's. For a copy of a transcript or other school document, please complete a request form and submit it to the Records Management Services along with payment (money order or cashier check) and your state issued ID (driver’s license, military ID or passport).
Types of Transcripts
You can apply for a transcript for yourself if you are 18 years of age or older. You may request a transcript for someone else if you have power of attorney for that person.
There is a minimal cost of $10 for a copy of your transcript, $25 for a duplicate diploma, and $25 for a copy of your student records/IEP records. We will accept a money order, cashier's check, or exact change as payment.
Once a completed request is submitted, we ask that you give us 3 business days to locate and process. Once we mail the request, it depends on the postal service for delivery.
No. The diploma will be mailed to the Records Management Department. Once the diploma is received we will contact you to come by and pick-up, if you are local. If you live out of town, the diploma will be mailed to the address on your request. All diplomas that are mailed will be sent by certified mail and you will have to sign that you received it.
No. All duplicate diplomas are general diplomas without any seals.
Yes, we can verify your graduation date but not over the phone.
